During this period, appointment slots will still be available at the prefecture on Place Verdun in Grenoble to submit an application for a residence permit, which is normally handled at the campus office:
Schedule an appointment to submit a residence permit application while the campus office is closed.
You will also be able to pick up your residence permit, following the usual procedures:
cancel a residence permit.

Drôme Prefecture
From Saturday, July 25, through Wednesday, August 19, 2026, inclusive, only applications for residence permits submitted through the national platform will be processed. No appointments will be scheduled during this period.
