Our reception, information, and guidance office is open to anyone in exile: prospective students, teachers, and researchers.

Career guidance and educational support

Come and meet with us to discuss the options available to you: studying, applying for equivalency, taking refresher courses, etc.
We will work with you to analyze the relevant aspects of your situation, or refer you to experts in career guidance and professional integration.
We may be able to offer you professional integration workshops: thinking about and preparing your career plan, writing a resume, cover letter, etc.

Administrative procedures

We support you with:
  • apply, register for training: find out important dates, what evidence or documents to provide, what prerequisites are required;
  • find out if and how to obtain equivalence or recognition of your diploma or your personal and professional experience;
  • fill out the Student Social File (DSE) on the CROUS website to apply for housing and/or scholarships;
  • make an appointment with asocial worker who specializes in social assistance applications, emergency cases, etc.;
  • be exempt from the student and campus life contribution (CVEC) if possible;
  • etc.

Registration for French, English, and other courses at Co-FormER

Whether you are a student or not, you can contact Espace Colibri to request to participate in Disciplinary and methodological courses in the Co-FormER program

A workspace and technical and material support

The Colibri Welcome Center can provide you with materials for writing and organizing your documents (pens, notebooks, binders, USB drives, etc.).

You can use a printer-scanner and a computer with an internet connection.
Tea and coffee are also available in this space.
