Rate for students aged 18 to 25

A reduced rate applies to students ages 18 through 25, inclusive.
To be eligible, you must present proof of university enrollment, such as your student status certificate.
If you do not have it yet, you can present proof of university admission while waiting to be able to provide proof of enrollment.

Solidarity pricing

Income-based pricing allows people to benefit from a rate tailored to their income.
For example, you may be eligible for the solidarity-based rate if:

• You are a student and meet one of the following requirements:
  • you receive a need-based scholarship from the CROUS,
  • you are a recipient ofthe CROUS Annual Special Allowance (ASA),
  • You are eligible for the Solidarity Health Supplement (CSS) at no cost to you.
• If you are a CAF beneficiary: The family quotient listed on your CAF payment statement will determine which solidarity-based pricing plan you are eligible for.
  Please note: If you are under 25, you must also provide a French tax assessment notice in addition to your CAF payment statement. In this case, you will not be eligible for the solidarity-based pricing until your second year of residence in France, and only after you have received a tax assessment notice.
• You are a beneficiary of the Complémentaire Santé Solidaire orthe Aide Médicale d’État (AME).
• You are an asylum seeker.

If you are over 26 years old, you will need to prove that your income does not exceed a certain threshold.

You can choose to rent a Libélo bike occasionally on a self-service basis, or for a longer period of 3 to 12 months. For long-term rentals, a reduced rate applies if you are under 26.
