Hygiene and health for people in exile

Here is some information to facilitate hygiene and access to healthcare.

The student health center

Located on the Saint-Martin-d'Hères campus and in downtown Grenoble, the health center welcomes students without requiring any upfront payment.
You need an appointment to go there. You can visit the Health Center's Facebook page
 

Washing yourself, washing your clothes...

Individual showers are available during all opening hours (soap and towels provided free of charge) at Point d'eau. Access to washing machines and dryers is also available.

Medical care for people in precarious situations or without health insurance

If you are experiencing serious financial difficulties and do not have health insurance, healthcare centers in Grenoble and Valence can provide you with treatment.

Mental Health

Students can seek support from psychologists or access counseling hotlines:
- UGA Health Center

- Cnaé
- Nightline 

For people in exile or in precarious situations:
- Psychology Pass for people without health insurance
- Psychologists of the Heart : These therapists provide support to people who are excluded from traditional healthcare systems for social, economic, and/or cultural reasons.
- Radiance : for people suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder
- Chameleon : an individual and group support structure providing psychological, mind-body, and psychosocial support
