The main objective of these courses is to train participants in the use of IT tools: saving files, filing folders, saving to a web drive, searching on a search engine, using software such as Word or Excel, writing resumes, etc.
Training schedule
Each group has two hours of classes per week, taught by two doctoral students in computer science.
These doctoral student trainers are supervised in their teaching by a faculty member.
There is no assessment at the start of the training. However, a certificate is provided at the end of the training indicating the number of hours and the program completed.

Registration takes place in mid-August for the first semester and mid-December for the second semester.

Student trainers commit to the project for one semester. Doctoral students can use this experience to their advantage in their studies by earning training credits.
