October 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026Saint-Martin-d'Hères - University Campus
The Cafés Colibri are regular gatherings organized by the UGA for students in exile. They aim to foster mutual understanding and mutual support among the students receiving assistance, as well as to facilitate discussions on a wide variety of topics: practical aspects of life in France (resuming studies), creative workshops, presentations by local organizations, cultural exploration, and more...
The small-group format encourages interaction and discussion among participants.
The atmosphere this creates allows people to share enjoyable moments, fostering social connections and inclusion.
In 2025–26, four Cafés Colibri were held on the following topics:
- Mutual Support in Returning to School
- Writing workshop, "Tell Me 10 Words," hosted by the DGD for International Relations
- "Fresque de la paix" in Lebanon, co-organized with the Humacoop association
- An Introduction to Angolan Culture, led by a student from Angola
