The Co-FormER program set up by RUSF38 and UGA organizes free French as a foreign language courses open to people in exile.
These courses are taught by students in the Master's program in French as a Foreign Language.
These courses are open to beginners and advanced learners.
Training schedule
In September and then in January, 4 or 5 courses at different levels (from beginner to B1-B2) are offered. They last 2 hours per week and run for 12 weeks. The courses are taught by pairs of student instructors who are supervised by a faculty member.
Placement interviews are organized to determine the level groups.
Register for this course in the Co-Trainer program
Registration takes place in mid-August for the first semester and in mid-December for the second semester. However, due to the specific needs of the target audience, it is possible to begin a course midway through the semester.
The courses are free and open to all exiles. It is not necessary to be enrolled at the university.
Student instructors typically commit to the project for one semester. Master’s students have the option of having this experience count toward their degree by selecting the course “Community or Union Involvement” from the list of elective courses offered to them.
