Starting in 2015, members of the Grenoble campus community have worked towards integrating displaced persons - whether students, prospective students or scientists - into the university setting. Project Colibri and its various facilities are products of this vision.
The Refugee Committee is the executive body of Espace Colibri.
Its members work together to enable:
discussions concerning the reception of refugees in order to improve practices
joint projects and activities
validation for political requests concerning reception
joint responses to proposals
awareness of different topics and issues in the campus community (students, researchers, administrative and technical library staff)
a connection with local, regional, national and international institutions
